Role Description

As a Water Treatment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and reverse osmosis (RO) units.

• Conduct on-site water testing and analysis to determine treatment requirements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including pumps, valves, and control panels.

• Perform routine maintenance, media replacement, and system optimization.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

• Provide technical support and training to clients on system operation.

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance schedules, and service reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical or vocational training in water treatment, plumbing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment system installation and maintenance.

• Familiarity with RO systems, iron removal systems, and pH adjustment media.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• A valid driver’s license is a plus.
