Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agency Specialist at DII Travel and Tours. The Travel and Tour Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing travel itineraries for individuals and groups, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and providing recommendations for accommodations, transportation, and activities,

Responsibilities:

·        Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences.

·        Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries,

·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, regulations, and destination guides,

·        Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise during the booking process or travel.

·        Organize travel documents, including tickets, visas, and itineraries.

·        Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and travel experiences.

Knowledge and Skills:

·        Strong understanding of travel industry practices destination knowledge, and travel technologies,

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

·        Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing complex travel arrangements.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient in using booking software and tools; familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.

·        Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected changes or challenges in travel plans.
