JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Attendant to join our team at Caveman Watches. As a Sales Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your primary focus will be assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepiece, providing product information, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
❖ Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect watch based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
❖ Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, materials, and craftsmanship, to effectively communicate the value of our watch collections.
❖ Proactively engage with customers to understand their style and lifestyle preferences, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities.
❖ Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
❖ Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
❖ Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and promotional offers to effectively promote and sell our watch collections.
❖ Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
❖ Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Skills and Requirements:
❖ Bachelor's degree/diploma in marketing, communication any related field.
❖ Proven experience in retail sales.
❖ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers.
❖ Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
❖ Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or concerns.
❖ Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
❖ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
❖ Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
