Global-SIBE Consult is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth.
This is a high-upside, performance-based role with strong commission potential and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within our firm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify, connect with, and nurture high-value prospects on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Manage outbound outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies and pitch positioning
- Maintain records of outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups
Compensation
- 10% commission on new client deals you prospect and close directly
- 5% commission on clients generated by company inbound channels or marketing
- Monthly base allowance available to cover logistics and office-related expenses for hybrid or onsite candidates
- Important Note: These are high-ticket sales — individual client deals are substantial, so commissions are designed to be highly rewarding
- Opportunities for leadership growth as we scale our sales operations
Work Mode
- We prefer candidates within proximity to our office (Accra) for ease of collaboration, onboarding and training.
- However, we’re open to a hybrid work arrangement based on performance and commitment
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience (consulting or professional services preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills
- Proficient in consultative selling
- Strong LinkedIn fluency and understanding of sales outreach flows
- Comfortable working on a performance-based structure
- Driven, proactive, and confident pitching high-value services
