Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located on-site in Accra. The role involves engaging in daily tasks such as prospecting and generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying or selling process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate skills
- Contract Negotiation skills
- Customer Service and Real Estate knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot or Zoho) will be advantageuos
- Experience in the Accra real estate market is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
