This is a key leadership role, requiring a professional with a passion for education and a talent for streamlining processes to create an optimal learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the school, including facilities management, transportation, and administrative processes.
• Develop and implement effective systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage school budgets, track expenses, and ensure resource optimization.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to support the school’s mission and objectives.
• Supervise non-teaching staff and ensure proper training, performance management, and professional development.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain a safe and functional school environment.
• Ensure compliance with local education regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational institution or a similar setting.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using technology and management systems to streamline operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
