Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Administrator located in Accra. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for daily tasks related to operations management, administrative assistance, and customer service to ensure smooth functioning of the food hubs. Tasks may include coordinating schedules, managing inventory, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management abilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience in the food industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
