Laundry Attendant

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of laundry processes, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and process all laundry items, including guest linens, staff uniforms, and hotel textiles.
• Inspect and treat stains on fabrics with appropriate cleaning methods.
• Operate laundry machines, ensuring proper settings and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Fold, stack, and store cleaned items neatly in designated storage areas.
• Monitor and report any issues with laundry equipment to the maintenance team.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing any specific laundry-related guest requests promptly.
