Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews
• Develop and implement employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing or food and beverage industry
• Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices and employees relations
• Knowledge of HR software or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) is an advantage
