Job Summary
• The HR Manager (Generalist) will manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational planning.
• This role is perfect for a professional who can align HR strategies with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• The HR Manager will support business growth by ensuring HR initiatives are implemented effectively and contribute to employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Drive talent development programs, including leadership and skill-building initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle from hiring through to offboarding, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
• Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, ensuring policies and processes are effectively communicated.
• Foster employee engagement and improve communication channels between employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices.
• Contribute to workforce planning, developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Support the development of organizational culture and transformation initiatives.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, and employee development.
• Proven experience in handling a wide variety of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions and align them with organizational goals.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
• Excellent at driving HR initiatives that impact employee development, retention, and engagement.
