Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and interview process, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Process employee onboarding, resignation, and transfer procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development activities.
Requirements:
- Work Experience: 1 year of HR related work experience, with experience in recruitment and employee management preferred.
- Communication Skills: Possess good oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Possess good time management and organizational skills and be able to handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Teamwork Spirit: Ability to collaborate with various departments to promote teamwork and company culture building.
- Confidentiality: Have a high sense of confidentiality and be able to properly handle employee information.
