Job Description/Requirements
The Human Resource Officer will oversee the following areas:
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Staff training and development.
- Employee relations and engagement.
- Compensation and benefits administration.
- Performance management and appraisals.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Providing strategic support to management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar HR position within the Rural Banking Industry.
- Strong work ethic, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and managerial skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
