Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Foster positive employee relations, promoting a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Design and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Recruitment and induction training to prepare employees for roles.

    Assessment and reward:
  • Develop and maintain an appraisal system for the purpose of promotion and other rewards, motivation.
  • Plan and maintain a pay structure by conducting pay surveys and job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Develop and maintain employee benefit programmes.
  • Constantly review organizational structure in terms of positions and related task
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions (job design).
  • Any other duties as maybe assigned by management.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment
