We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support recruitment efforts, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee files and databases
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates and training hours.
HR Administration:
- Coordinate employee training sessions and track attendance.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, leaves).
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Compliance:
- Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company standards.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR support or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with performance management systems
- Experience in talent acquisition and training coordination.
