  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relationship management
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance
  • Process employee salary, attendance and performance appraisal data
  • Organize employee training and career development planning
  • Assist in implementing company culture and employee benefits plans

Requirements:

  • Have a major in human resources management or related.
  • 1 year of human resources related experience.
  • Have good organizational and communication skills.
  • Be careful and responsible, and be able to handle multiple tasks.
