Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- You will oversee running the day-to-day activities of the office.
- Liaising with business development manager.
- Liaising with Managing directors.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Assistant in recruiting and managing junior staff.
- Liaising with Clients.
- Managing all social media pages.
- Writing reports.
- Handling Communication with clients.
- Other duties assigned by managers.
- You must be very punctual and respectful
- Must be proactive and ready to contribute to ideas.
Requirements:
- You must live around Kotobabi and its environs.
- Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Know to use all Social Media platforms.
- Have good writing and telephone skills.
- Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Higher national diploma - in business administration.
