Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development and administrative management of the company’s human resources. He uses his expertise to meet the Company’s needs in terms of HR but also the demands of employees related to labour law, recruitment, training, career management, and compensation. The Human Resources Manager ensures compliance with legal obligations by applying relevant applicable labour laws and regulations, and seeks to improve working conditions and the organization. He/She is a manager and a professional in the field, divided between interviews, management of administrative files, and meetings with management.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description

·       Develop the Company’s HR strategy;

·       Validate the schedule of HR projects with the hierarchy;

·       Respond to employees’ requests related to labour law, recruitment, training, career management, and remuneration.

·       Provide support to managers in the development of teams and in the application of labour law;

·       Ensure the application of HR procedures by operational staff;

·       Lead the company’s HR projects in accordance with the HR strategy;

·       Ensure the implementation of HR monitoring tools;

·       Conduct an assessment of operational satisfaction with the HR strategy applied and the expected results;

·       Define HR policy and projects according to the different areas of human resources: training, recruitment, mobility;

·       Keep track of employee performance;

·       Manage organizational and company culture;

·       Create a safe and inclusive work environment;

·       Prepare monthly payroll and all related documentation & paperwork;

·       Oversee the management of benefits and compensation;

·       Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations;

·       Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation;

·       Consistently recruit excellent staff;

·       Fulfill administrative and other company business-related tasks of the line manager;
