Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll assistance, and compliance. The role requires a detail-oriented and people-focused individual who can help maintain a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulation

Job Description/Requirements

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer letters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee database updates.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters such as experience letters, salary certificates, and warnings.

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary inputs and statutory deductions.
  • Track and assist in managing benefits like SSNIT, TIN, health insurance, and leave policies.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support organization of employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Support in audits, documentation, and timely submission of HR reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information.
