Role:



Reporting To The Compensation & Benefits & Data Manager



The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining HR data, ensuring accurate updates within SAP systems, and supporting HR processes through data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:







Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Region.

Collaborate with Talent Manager to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems and reports.

Assist in the setup of new hires in SAP and disengage leavers.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of employee compensation data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Assist in addressing employee inquiries regarding compensation, rewards, and benefits.

Support budgeting process by assisting in the planning and preparation of budget for the Region.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve HR SAP-related issues.

Generate reports and dashboards using SAP tools to track key HR metrics.

Assist to develop templates for Budget analysis.

Requirements:



Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

At least three (3) years of working experience in HR data analysis, compensation, or payroll roles is preferred.

Familiarity with SAP HR modules, especially SuccessFactors, is a strong advantage.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Good communication skills with different stakeholders with different backgrounds

Proactive person with ability to build relationships and work effectively, independently and within a team.

Positive attitude towards work and willingness to learn.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis.
