The HR and General Services Manager will play a critical role in leading both the human resources and operational functions within the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and vision.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive accountability and high performance.
  • Build and maintain competitive compensation, benefits, and bonus structures.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, engagement, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices. General Services Management:
  • Manage office administration, facilities, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead vendor negotiations and maintain relationships to optimize costs.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all employees.
  • Oversee logistics for events, travel arrangements, and other operational needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for general services and operational functions.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR and operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to support fintech innovation and growth.
  • Analyze and report HR and operational metrics to guide decision-making.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire HR and general services teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Act as a change agent to promote adaptability and resilience across the organization.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to foster collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and operational best practices.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
