Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and vision.

- Manage office administration, facilities, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead vendor negotiations and maintain relationships to optimize costs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for all employees.
- Oversee logistics for events, travel arrangements, and other operational needs.
- Develop and manage budgets for general services and operational functions.
Strategic Contribution:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR and operational strategies with business objectives.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to support fintech innovation and growth.
- Analyze and report HR and operational metrics to guide decision-making.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire HR and general services teams to achieve departmental goals.
- Act as a change agent to promote adaptability and resilience across the organization.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to foster collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and operational best practices.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
