The General Manager (GM) for Real Estate oversees and directs all aspects of real estate developments, its construction work, and operations, including property management, land acquisitions, marketing, sales, property leasing, legal documentation, verification, and client management. This leadership role ensures the achievement of business objectives, profitability, and long-term growth while maintaining compliance with local laws and company policies. The GM collaborates with teams across departments to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of real estate professionals.
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative site developed, results-oriented construction work environment.
- Represent the company in negotiations, public events, and industry forums.
- Mitigate risks by implementing robust policies and maintaining insurance coverage

- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Oversee daily operations of property management, marketing, leasing, and sales teams.
- Analyze financial performance of properties and projects, implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable land or properties for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
- Resolve issues related to permits, regulations, and site challenges.
- Oversee daily operations of property management, marketing, leasing, and sales teams.
- Manage property acquisitions and dispositions, including negotiation and due diligence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate management, civil construction, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate acquisition, development, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, financial analysis tools, and property management systems.
- Familiarity with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
