Dispatcher

Job Summary

The Dispatch Rider is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of documents, parcels, and other items to designated locations. This role requires excellent navigation skills, adherence to traffic laws, and strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items promptly and securely.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and obtain recipient signatures.
• Keep the assigned motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and recipients.
• Assist in other logistics or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid motorcycle rider’s license.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping and communication.
