- Minimum Qualification :
Job Description/Requirements
a. Culture Assessment
o Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing cultures across the Group and its subsidiaries.
o Identify cultural strengths, gaps, and areas of conflict.
o Engage with key stakeholders through interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
b. Strategy Development
o Develop a tailored culture transformation program that aligns with the Group's strategic goals.
o Outline key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
c. Program Design and Implementation
o Design culture transformation programs, including workshops, training sessions, and communication campaigns.
o Collaborate with the HR team and leadership to roll out the programs.
o Ensure the programs are inclusive and consider the diverse backgrounds of employees.
d. Leadership Development
o Develop and deliver leadership development programs to equip leaders with the skills to drive and sustain cultural change.
o Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders.
e. Monitoring and Evaluation
o Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the culture transformation initiatives.
o Conduct regular evaluations and provide progress reports.
o Adjust the strategy as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.
4. What Success looks like
a. A schedule of behaviours for the 10 core values of the organisation
b. Detailed culture assessment report.
c. Culture transformation strategy document.
d. Comprehensive program design, including training materials and communication plans.
e. Leadership development framework.
f. Periodic progress reports and final evaluation report.
Qualifications
The consultant should possess the following qualifications and experience:
a. Proven track record in leading culture transformation initiatives in large, diverse organizations.
b. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
c. Experience in working with multinational companies or groups with varied cultures.
d. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
e. Ability to develop and implement practical, results-driven solutions.
Submission Requirements
Interested consultants are required to submit the following:
- A detailed proposal outlining their approach to the culture transformation project.
- A portfolio of similar projects undertaken, including references.
- CVs of the lead consultant and key team members.
- A financial proposal, including a breakdown of costs.
