A distinguished International School is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our institution. The CEO will play a pivotal role in establishing and implementing a three-year strategic plan and shaping the school's strategic direction, strengthening academic standards and driving teaching and learning through technology and innovation, fostering an inclusive school culture, and driving operational excellence.

The Role

As CEO, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the school’s overall success, working closely with the Board, Head of School, and senior management team to complete a Three-Year Strategic Plan, set and achieve goals.

Key responsibilities include:

· Transform The Institution: Transforming the Educational Institution into an exclusively S.T.E.A.M Institution

· Fully Technology School: Harnessing Technology and Innovation and infusing it in the Fabric of the Organisation

· Strategic Plan: Establish and implement strategic vision that aligns with our school's mission, vision and international best practices and standards.

· Strategic Vision & Leadership: Drive long-term planning, policy formulation, and organizational growth aligned with the school’s mission and values.

· Educational Excellence: Champion academic rigor and innovative teaching that promotes excellence and innovation in learning outcomes across the school.

· Operational Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring sustainable growth and efficiency.

· Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and operational management (preferably within an educational institution).

· Academic Excellence: Support the continuous improvement of the academic program, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) requirements.

· Team Development: Lead and inspire school leadership and faculty, promoting professional development and an inclusive, supportive work environment.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff, students, and the broader community to promote transparency, trust, and collaboration.

· Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, CAIE standards, and best practices for safety, well-being, and governance.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven ICT Qualification/Certification (Professional or Academic) and Expertise

· Proven Leadership Experience: At least five (5) years in senior leadership roles (preferably within international education or related sectors).

· Educational Background: Master’s degree or equivalent in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies within a complex organizational environment. Experience in a corporate environment will be an advantage.

· Excellent Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for community-building.

· Proven experience with establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving policies and procedures

· Proven ability to be Firm and Fair

· Proven Experience with Corporate Governance Management
