Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Captain for the DHC 8 300 and Q400 aircraft at PassionAir in Accra. The Captain will be responsible for safely operating and commanding flights, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, conducting pre-flight inspections, and communicating with the flight crew and air traffic control.
Qualifications
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with DHC 8 300 and Q400 type ratings
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time
- Experience in commercial aviation operations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English language (ICAO Level 4)
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field is a plus
