Neurus Ghana is a new start up company specializes in Vehicles, Heavy Equipment and Tricycles Rental services in Takoradi and Accra - Ghana. Neurus Ghana offers a diverse range of rental services to meet various basic transportation needs in Mining, Oil & Gas and Construction industry.
This is a full-time on-site role in Accra for a Business Director at Neurus Ghana Ltd which is part of QACE Group. The Business Director will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading and motivating teams, and ensuring the company's growth and profitability.
Role & Responsibilities Description
• Reporting directly to the CEO.
• Plan, Develop and Manages the SaaS, E-Commence & Media Projects.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of projects.
• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Monitor Project Progress, Set Deadlines and Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Improving revenue and Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology / master’s in business administration.
• Strong knowledge in Information Technology (E-Commerce, Media & SaaS).
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Budget Management skills.
- Minimum 5yrs experience in Information Technology industry.
- Minimum 5yrs experience in Managerial Position.
