Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the advertising industry. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility Details

New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and networking.

Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs.

Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve sales targets by pitching advertising solutions to potential clients.

Market Research Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Proposal & Presentation Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches.

Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, and account management) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

Negotiation & Closing Deals Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.

Reporting & Forecasting Maintain sales reports and provide regular business forecasts to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirement Details

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Experience 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Industry Knowledge Strong understanding of advertising trends, marketing, and media sales.

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Networking Ability Proven ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.

Sales Expertise Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Tech-Savvy Proficiency in MS Office, is a plus.
