Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients for TeamAlfy’s web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proposal Development: Create tailored proposals for prospective clients, highlighting TeamAlfy's strengths and capabilities.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to align business goals with operational execution.
- Networking: Represent TeamAlfy at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the web development, tech, or digital marketing industries.
- Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
