Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to help shape our growth strategy, secure funding, and build partnerships that align with our mission. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven startup at the ground level and play a pivotal role in its success. In exchange for your contributions, we offer equity ownership (1%–2%) in Clean Pigg AI Lab, giving you a stake in the company’s future.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with Clean Pigg’s mission.

· Identify and secure funding opportunities, including venture capital, grants, and impact investments.

· Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, regulatory bodies, and industry leaders.

· Conduct market research to identify target industries and customer pain points.

· Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI products and services.

· Represent Clean Pigg at conferences, pitch events, and networking forums.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings meet market needs.

Compensation

· Equity Ownership : 1%–2% vested over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or related roles, preferably in tech startups or AI/ML domains.

· Proven track record of securing funding and building strategic alliances.

· Strong understanding of AI trends, ethical considerations, and regulatory landscapes.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Passion for leveraging technology to solve societal challenges.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
