BILINGUAL SALES SUPERINTENDENT (FRENCH & ENGLISH)

Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking to hire a long-term team member who can help establish and expand the company's market presence across Ghana and West Africa in the capacity of a Bilingual Sales Superintendent.
ROLE PROFILE
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to enter and grow into new markets, especially across Ghana and other West African countries. The candidate will direct and supervise employees in sales and respond to customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. He/she will be performing these tasks in addition to the following:
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, distributors, and partners
· Promote and represent the company’s products effectively to the targeted markets
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
· Inspire and motivate team members to achieve the company’s goals
· Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure that the sales goals are met
· Supervise sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction
· Identify and undertake new sales opportunities to widen the company’s market visibility
· Make effective decisions from sales evaluations to support the company’s growth
· Handle escalated customer complaints and issues to enhance good customer relationships
· Coordinate customer relationships, address concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field of study
· A minimum of 8 years of working experience as a Sales Superintendent in any reputable institution
· Must possess written and verbal proficiency in both English and French language
· Proven track record in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in the construction materials industry or similar sectors
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have a strong understanding of market dynamics in Western Africa especially Ghana
· Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Must have strong organisational and reporting skills to help stay updated on market changes
· Should be highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changes in the African market specifically in West African countries
· Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
· Availability to travel within Ghana and Western African countries as required
