Job Summary:
Vision Dzinas Business Center is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mobile Money Attendant to handle financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations at our agency banking and mobile money transfer services.
Key Responsibilities:
Process mobile money transactions for MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo, and other financial services.
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and airtime purchases.
Accurately record transactions and maintain daily financial reports.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving transaction issues.
Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information.
Promote additional services offered by Vision Dzinas Business Center.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills and ability to operate mobile money platforms.
Good communication and customer service skills.
High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
Must reside in Oyarifa or nearby areas.
Previous experience in mobile money or agency banking is an advantage.
