Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
- Actively search for suitable candidates bycontacting potential reps in and around Accra, attending community events, posting on relevant online platforms, and seeking referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants for their communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm.
2. Onboarding
- Welcome new direct sales reps to the team and provide clear, easy-to-follow training materials.
- Offer continuous support to help them succeed in face-to-face customer interactions and meet sales goals.
3. Team Building
- Maintain a positive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- Motivate direct sales reps through regular feedback, coaching, and recognition of achievements.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Keep track of sales targets and provide simple, constructive feedback to help reps grow.
- Work closely with management to address challenges and recognize top performers.
5. Customer Focus
- Ensure that direct sales reps fully understand our products/services so they can assist customers effectively.
- Gather feedback from reps and customers to improve sales techniques and overall service.
