Job Title: Zonal Manager for Organic Fertilizers
Location: Northern Zone (encompasses Northern, Savannah, and Upper West Regions)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Zonal Manager to join our team and support our
organic fertilizer business operations. The ZM will play a crucial role in selling and promoting
our organic fertilizer products, building relationships with farmers, and marketing our fertilizers
to farmers, Distributors, and wholesalers. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sustainable
agriculture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic
environment.
Responsibilities:
Sell company products to farmers, and input dealers in the northern zone.
Provide technical support and agronomic advice to farmers through our agronomist on the proper application, usage, and benefits of organic fertilizers.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate farmers on organic farming practices and the importance of soil health.
Collect feedback from farmers regarding product performance, market trends, and customer preferences, and communicate insights to the Inputs Team.
Collaborate with internal teams, and agronomists to support product development initiatives, market expansion efforts, and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and market intelligence to the Managing Director, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Diploma, HND, or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Marketing, or Business-related field from any recognized Agric Institutions or Universities.
Proven experience working in an agriculture company, preferably in the selling of Agro Inputs.
Strong knowledge of rural Marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with farmers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Must possess a valid motor license.
Must reside in the preferred region or Zone.
The preferred candidate must be a resident of the Northern Region.
