What We Expect:

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a demonstrable track record of high performance.
• Lead Generation Powerhouse: You must have the ability to independently generate leads and close deals consistently every month.
• Unwavering Commitment: A minimum of 40 hours per week is required. This role demands your full focus and dedication.
• Professional Environment: You must have a large internet capacity, a reliable mobile phone connection, and access to a professional setup—a laptop, computer, and a client-ready workspace or meeting room.
• Impeccable Appearance: Always in professional attire—tie, shirt, and polished shoes are mandatory. We expect nothing less than the highest standard of professionalism.
• Positivity Required: Positivity is our mantra. If you have any trace of pessimism, this role is not for you.
• Relentless Objection Handling: You must have the confidence and skill to overcome any objection once you believe in our service—one of the world’s best.

Compensation:

• No Ceiling Commission: Earn limitless commissions with a basic salary, but there’s a catch—this job isn’t easy.
• Initial Challenge: In your first 3 months, you must fully enrol a minimum of 60 candidates in university programs. Only after this point will you receive a basic wage of 5,000 GH₵ and 200 GH₵ per sale. Commissions start after you achieve 20 monthly placements.
• Unlimited Earnings: With just 20 placements, you could be earning a minimum of 9,000 GH₵ per month, but there’s no cap—your earnings can soar as high as your performance takes you.
• Performance-Driven Rewards: If you do not meet the minimum targets, your wages may be adjusted accordingly. We only reward results.

Important Notice:

We are dedicated to upholding our contracts with UK universities and ensuring that our sales force remains secure in their roles. It is crucial that candidates are fully committed and do not pose a risk of absconding once they arrive in the UK. The students you enrol will be eligible to work part-time (10-20 hours per week) during term time and full-time outside of term time. After completing their studies, they may be eligible for a 2 or 3-year post-study visa, depending on their degree level. Your role is critical in ensuring we maintain our university partnerships and the integrity of the programs. This is a rigorous entry role, designed to filter out all but the most driven, committed, and capable sales professionals.
