We are seeking a responsible and organized Automotive Workshop Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Industry: Automotive – Heavy Duty Vehicles (Pickups / Mid-Size Trailers/ Trailers/ etc.)
- Expertise: Mechanical mainly with Good knowledge in Electrical systems and Diagnosis; thus Electro-Mechanical
- The Ideal candidate will supervise and lead a group of Technicians
- Minimum HND in Engineering
- Must be knowledgeable in both fields Electrical & Mechanical both needed.
- Must be electrical survey in the following areas Electrical Components
- Diagnosis / reading Electrical Diagram / Vehicle Electrical repairs
- Mainly Overhauling Engine
- Minimum 5 years of Auto Repairs & Service Experience (Heavy Duty Vehicles) in DEALERSHIP with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in same field
- Assign and Allocate tasks to auto technicians and mechanics based on workload and expertise
- Provide technical advice, guidance and troubleshooting support to the workshop technicians
- Document warranty claims and job orders progress
- Conduct quality checks on completed work
- Train technicians on best practices of doing the job (auto repair and service)
- Working Days (Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5 pm & Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm over time paid)
- Driving License C preferred.
