Website Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Maintenance:

• Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Oversee website design, layout, and user experience improvements.
• Ensure website security, backups, and compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
• Monitor website speed, uptime, and overall performance.

SEO & Digital Optimization:

• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO enhancements.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Optimize website for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.

E-commerce & Marketing Integration (If Applicable):

• Manage product listings, payment gateways, and customer interactions for e-commerce sites.
• Integrate marketing tools such as email campaigns, lead generation forms, and chatbots.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with campaigns and promotions.

Content & Design Collaboration:

• Work with content creators to ensure engaging and SEO-friendly content.
• Coordinate with designers to enhance the visual appeal and branding of the website.
• Ensure proper linking, image optimization, and multimedia integration.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Development, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in website management or a related role.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, etc.).
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
