Web3 Social Media Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy and execution of content primarily across Twitter and Discord for Web3 audiences as well as ensuring our Community Managers video content for Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok adheres to our social brand.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement and brand loyalty.
• Structure content around social media platform algorithms to optimise content performance and engagement, analysing key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead the creation of a social media calendar, ensuring relevant content aligns with marketing objectives and brand identity.
• Manage social executives responsible for community management and moderation.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual assets align with the brand's tone, and style.
• Collaborate with the CMO, Content Lead, and Airdrop Campaign Managers on campaigns and wider strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience in DeFi or Blockchain Marketing: Candidates with previous marketing experience within the DeFi or Blockchain space are highly desired.
• An understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in these sectors will be extremely advantageous in strategising and executing effective marketing plans.
• Experience working with high growth social media channels. You know how to do it and have done it before.
• Airdrop Marketing Expertise: Knowledge in leveraging airdrops for user acquisition, retention, and overall brand engagement is a key element to excel in this role.
