Job Description/Requirements
Tasks:
- Content gap analysis based on existing websites and emails.
- Liaison with content editors to source new content and amend existing content as required.
- Directus CMS (fields & collections) configuration, when needed.
- Translation coordination with our partner.
- Implementation of content, invoices, receipts, and emails.
- Product Information Management (PIM) - eCommerce management.
- Website review (QA).
- Corrections based on UAT and QA findings.
- Coordination with the communication team for in-flight applicant communications, as well as content implementation on existing websites.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Additional languages are welcome (French, Italian, for example).
- Good communication skills.
- Curious, creative, and positive mindset.
- Collaborative, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues worldwide.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.
- Receptive, capable, versatile, attentive learner.
- Analytical thinking.
