Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Warehouse Coordinator with strong administrative skills to manage inventory records, oversee stock-taking, and support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a background in finance, business administration, or a related field and possess strong Excel skills. Prior experience in warehouse stock-taking is essential.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records and oversee inventory tracking.
- Conduct stock-taking exercises, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
- Manage warehouse documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Utilize Excel to generate reports, analyze stock data, and track inventory movements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and organization of warehouse materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory and supply chain operations.
- Assist with basic finance or business administration tasks related to warehouse management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse stock-taking and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel (data entry, analysis, and reporting).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling warehouse records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Ghc 2000 - Ghc 2500
