We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading engineering company to find an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join their Wangara branch.

Your new role

• Managing warehouse assets.
• Ensuring compliance with asset tagging, servicing, testing, and calibration.
• Safely operating forklifts.
• Ensuring all goods are labelled, recorded, and accurately followed throughout their cycle.
• Adhering to a first-in-first-out stock policy.
• Ownership of the stocktake process, planning, and execution.
• Responsible for training new staff in accordance to processes and values.
• Accurate receipt of goods inwards, ensuring all goods are checked against correct documentation for accuracy, defects, damage, or incorrect parts.
• Picking, packing, and fulfilling orders.
• Timely submission of warehouse team time sheets.
• Ensure warehouse processes are in accordance with ISO9001 standards.
• Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and tidy.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Full Australian working rights for a permanent role (NO SPONSORSHIP)
• Forklift licence and driving licence is required.
• Recent experience within logistics along with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Warehouse Coordinator or Supervisor experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.
• Professional demeanour with the ability to face customers.
• International freight/dispatch experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with stocktakes is highly desirable.
• Ability to pass medical and background checks.
