Waiter/Waitress

• Customer Service:
  - Greet and seat customers promptly and politely.
  -Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
  - Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  - Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Order Management:
  - Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
  - Ensure orders are accurate and meet customer expectations.
  - Monitor tables for service needs and replenish items as required.

• Cleanliness and Hygiene:
  - Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
  - Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling.

• Team Collaboration:
  - Work closely with other staff, including chefs, bartenders, and management, to ensure smooth operations.
  -  Assist in setting up and clearing tables, and preparing the dining area for new guests.

• Cash Handling:
  - Process payments, including cash, credit, and mobile money transactions, accurately.
  - Issue receipts and handle returns or refunds if necessary.

Qualifications:

•  A minimum of SHS certificate or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
