Job Description/Requirements

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Welcome customers warmly and present menus.
- Make personalized suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Arrange and maintain neat and clean table settings.
- Ensure tables are tidy before, during, and after service.
- Inspect food and beverage items for quality before serving.
- Deliver checks and process customer payments efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with kitchen and serving staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and customer service guidelines.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized in line with company standards.

- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
Benefits:
