Job Summary
The Business Transformation Team is at the center of accelerating Genesys’ ability to deliver against its strategic and financial goals. The scope of value creation initiatives is largely focused on cross-functional transformation, catalyzing revenue growth, operational improvement, and M&A integration. The ideal candidate must be comfortable deriving meaning and relevance from imperfect information based on raw data, stakeholder interviews, and operational investigations.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems, business cases and organizational issues and deliver meaningful recommendations guiding the development of a strategy and roadmap for implementation.
- Develop plans to manage end-to-end activities, success criteria, roadmap, milestones, teaming, and deliverables.
- Proactively mitigate risks, issues and obstacles raised by stakeholders, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution on time.
- Partner with leadership to develop, deploy and govern initiative standards, best practices, and results measures.
- Perform retrospectives, guiding improvements, and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in transformational leadership, project management, and/or business consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to articulate, lead and deliver results in large-scale initiatives, preferably using lean/agile and ADKAR methodologies.
- Ability to quickly form productive and positive working relationships with staff with varying levels of skill and technical and business backgrounds.
- Deep analytics and structured problem-solving skills with great attention to details.
- Advanced financial and business acumen.
- Excellent leader with exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the ability to lead and work across organizational boundaries.
- Passion and expertise in SaaS/Cloud strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to navigate organizational change with ease.
- Ability to think outside the box and come to the table with proposed solutions.
