Role Description

This is a hybrid volunteer opportunity based in Kumasi (Ashanti Region), Accra (Greater Accra Region), and Ho (Volta Region), with flexible remote options.

Volunteers will support the development and implementation of programs that:

• Deliver learning materials and school essentials to needy students
• Promote sustainability in schools through eco-conscious initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and activities centered around climate education and green skills

Additional responsibilities include supporting fundraising efforts, collaborating with local schools and organizations, and assisting with administrative tasks and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Passion for educational access, sustainability, and climate action
• Experience in program development or community outreach
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Effective communication with schools and local stakeholders
• Ability to assist with fundraising and awareness campaigns
• Familiarity with administrative support and basic project management
• A collaborative mindset and flexible working style
• Willingness to travel within target regions or work remotely when needed
