Video Editor/ UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into a cohesive and high-quality video for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and deliver results aligned with the brand.
• Add special effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance videos.
• Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of video footage.
• Adjust sound levels, color correction, and audio synchronization.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to project timelines.
• Conduct user research, user testing, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into visually engaging and user-friendly designs.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across devices.
• Develop style guides, design systems, and UI patterns that ensure consistency throughout the product.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Stay current with industrial trends and emerging tools and technology.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data.

Salary Range: Ghc 3500.00 - Ghc 5000.00
