Job Description/Requirements
You Will:
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure all designs meet client and user requirements.
- Articulate and present your ideas and solutions to various stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer.
- Exceptional portfolio of work showcasing UI design and user research skills.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, design methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills to present design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for creating exceptional and user-centered user experiences.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital design and technology.
- Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in conducting usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong proficiency in English.
