Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about crafting optimal user experiences. As a pivotal member of the Lifetime Loyalty team, you will play an essential role in developing user-friendly and memorable experiences across various digital platforms, including landing pages, public websites, member portals, emails, and mobile apps.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop sophisticated UX/UI that enhances user interactions with premium brands, starting from conceptualization to final implementation
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure that designs are cohesive and aligned with business objectives
  • Optimize digital assets for conversion and user engagement, upholding a luxurious and sophisticated brand aesthetic
  • Utilize platforms like Webflow and Memberstack to implement responsive and functional digital interfaces effectively
  • Articulate design rationale clearly, ensuring design intentions and benefits are effectively communicated across teams
  • Proactively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs adhere to the highest quality standards
  • Work autonomously and lead projects, proactively addressing challenges and contributing to team objectives
  • Discover latest UX trends and technologies to continuously improve the loyalty program offerings


Requirements:

  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong ability to create sophisticated user-centered design solutions across various digital platforms
  • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of enhancing user interaction with premium brands
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, along with a solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in web development and software tools like Webflow and Memberstack for creating and managing responsive websites and subscription portals
  • In-depth knowledge of user research, usability testing, and interaction design
  • Exceptional ability to communicate design concepts and strategies to team members and clients alike
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for creating engaging user experiences that foster loyalty and effectively function across digital platforms
  • Keen eye for detail with exceptional skills in aesthetics and visual communication
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and adaptability skills, able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Nice to have: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Motion and sound design experience is a plus
