Qualifications
•Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Proficiency in WebFlow (WordPress experience is a significant advantage).
- Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and web usability standards.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS; basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus).
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts, including:

- SEO strategies
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics to track user behavior and website performance.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and performance-driven design refinements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
