Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and be highly skilled in design tools like Figma and Adobe XD. You’ll work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across our digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- User-Centric Design: Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging and intuitive designs.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Use tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- UI Design: Design visually compelling interfaces that are on-brand and consistent across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Documentation: Create detailed design specifications and documentation to support the development team during implementation.
- Design Systems: Maintain and enhance the company’s design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, with experience using other design tools (e.g., Sketch, InVision) as a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centred design processes, and interaction design.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring consistency across different devices and screen sizes.
- Familiarity with conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting data to make design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plus but optional.
