Job Summary
We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Travel Consultant to plan and book customized travel itineraries for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the travel industry.

- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend suitable travel options (flights, accommodations, activities).
- Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers).
- Provide travel documentation and information (visas, travel insurance).
- Resolve client queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and destination knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in travel consulting or related field.
- Travel industry certifications (e.g., IATA, ARC).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in GDS systems eg Amadeus,
- Knowledge of global destinations and travel regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Language proficiency (additional languages).
- Experience with online booking platforms.
